This Playbook will help you to build and maintain your mental wellbeing by sending you weekly, actionable tips that you can incorporate into your daily life, alongside signposting you to areas where you can find support you in more individual ways, should you feel you need it.

What is Mental Health?

Mental health is defined not just in terms of the absence of a mental disorder but as a state of wellbeing in which every individual realises their own potential, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully and is able to make a contribution to their own community. (World Health Organisation)

Here at Millwall, our supporters' mental health is at the very top of our agenda. 

Mental health does not discriminate. Whatever your colour, gender, job title, religious persuasion or postcode, we all have mental health and it is just like our fingerprint - completely unique to us. 

We aim for all our fans to have a positive understanding of mental health and we recognise that we need to ensure that we as a Club, are fully supporting you in building and maintaining your mental wellbeing. 

The purpose of this Playbook is to do just that. It will deliver you one tip a week for a year, direct to your smart device. These are simple, uncomplicated suggestions delivered by the players and key staff that anyone can utilise on a day-to-day basis.
